Wherever the project sits in its A to Z Lifecycle, we will work through any and all issues shoulder to shoulder. Feasibility, pre-development, legal (lease, loan, etc.), capitalization, design & construction, tenant turnover & delivery, and, finally, the sale or placement of permanent debt.
How are we paid? It's flexible to the need and situation.
Pricing depends on the type of assistance needed, risk, duration, and other similar qualifiers. Please see our Consulting tab/page for more information and discussion, but Consulting is a per hour or fee arrangement, while capital at risk (including loan guarantees) are participating positions.
